Complete and submit the form, taking care to select your preferred payment method (you can 'Pay Now' online with your credit/debit card, or 'Pay Later' via your financial institution, or by calling us with your credit/debit card details).
What happens next?
An invoice will be emailed to the address you provided on the subscription form.
If you choose to pay now, follow the on-screen prompts to submit your card details.
If you choose to pay later, arrange payment via one of the options displayed on your invoice and on the website confirmation message.
Once your payment has been received, we will email you a receipt and your login details within 1 working day.
A primary site licence is for one site with one user.
Single sites with multiple users must purchase one primary site licence, plus additional licences for each system user.
Organisations with multiple sites must purchase a primary licence for each site, plus additional licences for each system user on that site.
A primary site licence is valid for 12 months. You may renew the licence for additional 12 month periods by accepting any renewal offer we may email to you at your nominated address and by paying the fee specified in the applicable invoice prior to the commencement of the renewal term.
Existing subscribers wishing to purchase additional user licences should call the sales team directly. The cost of additional user licences purchased mid-term will be calculated on a pro-rata basis to coincide with the expiry of the associated primary site licence.
